This policy explains how and when we ship your LEVERO order.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the US.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

After dispatch, standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. See Track Your Order.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@levero.shop so we can update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
