Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened; this will be noted on the product page where it applies.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@levero.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will send you a free prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. There is no restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
